Shift handover sheet
Five prompts, five minutes, at the end of every shift. Written handover is the difference between an owner who can leave the building and one who cannot.
How to use it
- 01Leave a pad of these where the next manager starts their shift.
- 02The closing manager fills it in during the last 5 minutes.
- 03The opening manager reads it before anything else and signs the bottom.
- 04Anything still outstanding after two shifts gets a name and a date.

- Write it before you leave, not the next morning. Detail goes first.
