RestaurantOps

The product

This is RestaurantOps. Here is what is actually in it.

RestaurantOps is a working application that runs at ops-hub-resto.lovable.app. Everything on this page is either a screenshot of it or its own wording. Nothing here is a drawing of a screen we have not seen.

The Daily Pulse in RestaurantOps: a dark card headed Daily Pulse, reading “Good morning. Three items need attention.” above three items — Freezer 2 recorded an abnormal temperature yesterday; Fryer cleaning was missed twice this week; Food waste yesterday was 38 euros, primarily chicken breast.
The Daily Pulse, rendered by RestaurantOps itself. The figures in it are the product’s own example, not a real restaurant’s.

This is the part that changes a morning. Three sentences, before you get in the car, about a shift you did not work — and each one traceable to a record somebody actually made.

What the product says it does

Six areas, in RestaurantOps’ own words rather than ours.

Opening and closing
Reusable procedures with departments, due times and who signed off.
Temperatures
Set an acceptable range per unit. Out-of-range readings are flagged.
Cleaning
Daily, weekly and monthly schedules with verification.
Waste
Fast entry with reason codes and weekly totals.
Handover
A structured shift handover the next manager actually reads.
Daily Pulse
A short briefing: what happened, what needs attention.

And behind the sign-in

Five more parts of the product, described plainly. Every plan includes all of them.

Exceptions
One place for everything that needs attention, rather than a message thread.
Staff tasks
Work assigned to a person, with the time it was done and by whom.
Weekly reports
The week read back, so a pattern is visible before it becomes a habit.
Roles
Owner, General Manager, Shift Manager and Employee see what belongs to them.
Your site's settings
Your units, your departments, your acceptable ranges.

Why there is no demo

Everything past the sign-in is a real restaurant’s records.

There is no demo account and no sandbox, because the only sites inside RestaurantOps are real ones. We are not going to show you somebody else’s temperature log, and we are not going to draw you a fake one and call it a screenshot.

So the honest way to see the inside is to put one of your own sites in it for 30 days. Nothing is charged and no card is taken.

This is the screen your 30 days start on.

The RestaurantOps sign-up screen on a phone: the RESTAURANTOPS wordmark, the heading “Set up your venue”, fields for your name, email and password, and buttons reading Create account and Continue with Google.
The real sign-up screen at ops-hub-resto.lovable.app.

You fill that in yourself, with your own password, and the 30 days begin the moment you are in. Nothing waits on us and nobody here has to switch you on.

Your RestaurantOps account and password are yours and stay inside RestaurantOps. We never receive them, and nobody here can sign in as you.
